Hello, I have been using Stake for months and withdrawl more than 100 times. Yesterday I tried to withdrawl my 1450$ and it says that my withdrawl has been decline every time I tried. I contacted them, and they told me that the 3rd party has put restriction and I can’t do anything with the Cad money. I contacted the 3rd party, and they looked at the database and they told me that they never put any restriction. I need help, I have to find a way to have acces to that money.

Since my account has been open, I only use interact e-transfer for all my deposits and my withdrawl and randomly they just say that now I have restriction so I can’t deposit and can’t withdrawl with the interact. I can’t try another way, because on stake when you have CAD dollars you can only do it with Interac

Additionally, would it be possible for you to change the currency in your account and select a different payment method besides Interac e-Transfer?
