Hi, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding irregularities in the monthly VIP bonuses on the Stake.com platform. As a Platinum III VIP player, I have been consistently wagering and depositing significant amounts, and I am entitled to bonuses that reflect my status.


However, despite $70,000 in wagers and $2,688 in deposits, I was recently given a monthly bonus of only $6.57, which is significantly lower than the base amount of $30 for my VIP level. This drastic reduction in bonus is unjustified, particularly given my consistent activity on the platform. There was no communication or explanation from Stake.com about the reasons for this irregularity.


Additionally, when I raised concerns with Stake’s support team, my account was placed into withdrawal-only mode without notice or explanation. My posts on their community forum have also been deleted without explanation, further limiting my ability to seek clarification and resolution.


The issues I am facing include:


Unjust monthly VIP bonus reduction: As a Platinum III VIP player, I expect the platform to honor the base bonus for my level, which is supposed to be $30, not the $6.57 I received.


Failure to provide transparency: Stake.com has not provided any explanation for the reduced bonus and has been evasive in addressing my concerns, deleting my posts and restricting my account.


Misuse of self-exclusion policies: My account was placed into withdrawal-only mode without my request, preventing me from continuing my VIP progress and receiving bonuses I am entitled to.


I believe these actions demonstrate a lack of transparency and fairness on Stake.com’s part, and I am seeking a formal investigation into these issues.


I would appreciate it if your platform could review this complaint, reach out to Stake.com, and help facilitate a resolution. I am confident that other users may be facing similar issues, and it is important to hold gaming platforms accountable for their actions.
