The player from Quebec reported that Stake Casino claimed a linked account was associated to the player, supposedly banned due to location restrictions. The player denied creating this account. The player had not deposited any money or won any winnings, as he was unable to access the casino due to his account being in "withdraw only mode". He submitted his information and a driver's license for verification. The player later confirmed that the casino had allowed him to verify his account and stopped claiming that he had another main account. We marked the complaint as 'resolved' following the player's confirmation.

Stake is telling me I have an account called [removed by Casino.Guru admin] that got banned for being in a restricted area when I have no idea what that account is and I sure as hell didn't make it.

Hello,


No, there is no winnings nor have I deposited any money since I was never able to access the casino in the first place. They have been telling me I have multiple accounts for the past day and I have never been able to play or deposit any money since my account is in "withdraw only mode"


I registered this account 32 weeks ago and I never gambled on it before and was planning to yesterday before I was blocked for "not being on my main account"


I have submitted my information and a drivers license.

For the record:


I do in fact have multiple stake accounts, these accounts were open as an attempt to verify since they blocked my main account for having an alt account I never had.


I can provide a picture of all the accounts I have if needed and none of them were ever suspended for being in a restricted area since my main account "*****" was banned for having a suspended alt account (that isnt mine) while being my only account. The other accounts were made after and didnt solve any issue.


I’ve had this account for 32 weeks and right when I try to verify at my university wifi they tell me I have another account? Then they tell me their system makes no mistakes 😂 What I think happened: Someone at my school got banned from stake and im paying the price.

They finally let me verify and stopped telling me I have another main account.
