The player from South Africa has requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. The payment hasn’t been processed yet. We later found out that the player used many free chips in a row without a raw deposit in between. Therefore, the casino confiscated the player's winnings in compliance with their T&Cs and we were forced to reject this complaint.

I won a R20892.31 yesterday and quickly withdraw using ecopayz but this morning the decline my withdrawal and say consecutive bonuses were used. The coupon I used was 3100HW22 in which you have to deposit R3100 during the month of October. I did redeem the coupon and won the amount as stated above. They took all the money ,they didn't even move it back to my springbok casino account I feel hard done the playthrough was 177000 I still manage to beat that hense this people are fraudulent they don't even block you they give you free bonuses and coupons after coupons to take your money.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

Hi they clearly said they not gona pay it coz I break the terms and conditions regarding the consecutive bonuses but this is totally unfair and want my money.

I have reviewed your whole bonus history, and I clearly see that you activated plenty of free chips and other bonuses. You used one after another, you tried many of them again even after they were denied multiple times until the promo code finally worked.

I also found out that you used multiple free chips consecutively without a raw deposit in between. I am sorry, but since such a practice is prohibited in the vast majority of online casinos, we are not able to help you further in this case. I can only recommend that you always read the bonus T&Cs thoroughly and avoid claiming free chips or free spin bonuses without at least one raw deposit in between.
