The player from Greece had experienced a delay in withdrawal that had lasted for 4 days. His attempts to reach the casino via live chat had been unsuccessful. We had advised the player that withdrawals could typically take up to 14 days to process and suggested he waited for this period before escalating the issue. We also extended the response time by 7 days. However, due to the player's lack of response to our messages, we were unable to further investigate the issue and had to reject the complaint.

It has been 4 days since the withdrawal attempt started and still I don’t see any money coming to my account … I tried reaching their live chat the past day and it’s not working …. I have already talked with them and they assured me I will get my money although that’s not the case

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. We are sorry to hear about the issue with your withdrawal and understand your concern. However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests. 

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint. 

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please, let us know and we will intervene and try to help you.
