As a result, the complaint was rejected due to the inability to recover the funds sent to the incorrect address.

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.

If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

Would it be possible to credit the player the deposited amount and you will keep the 24 Binance-Peg BSC-USD. Alternatively, you could return the funds to the player after deducting a fee. However, in this scenario, the player would need to provide you with their crypto address, as the funds cannot be sent to the Binance hot wallet. Would it be possible to select one of these options?

BUSD is indeed not supported on our platform.

The user made their last 15 deposits in USDT via the Tron network. We support three networks for USDT transfers: Tron, Ethereum and Polygon (see screenshot).

Only the above deposit was made in another, unsupported, method.

I understand this must be frustrating for you, but I am afraid there is no way to retrieve the funds from the Ethereum address as they were sent from the BSC network. The funds needed to be sent to the corresponding address as the previous deposits.
