Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. It’s quite usual for withdrawal, to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.

  • Have you made any successful withdrawals before?
  • Could you please confirm that you have passed the KYC verification?

No , its my first withdrawal..and no i havent made any verification wich seems really strange..

After reading what all the pepole says here it seems like i never gonna get my money...

Today they sendt me a email that i need to send in a bank statement from the 28 august. 11. September. As i did.


But it really start feeling like i never will recive them.


They send me some reffrence number, and told me to ask my bank about them. But as my bank says its only the sender of the money that can serach on the reffrence.



Please help me !! Its 15000 norwegian kr that is allready sendt. And its 5000 more that are waiting to be sendt
