I've already played a few small amounts and already paid out!
Now I have won 1000 euros and requested the payout. After 6 days !!!! still nothing had happened. Now you wanted 8 again !!! Have documents even though the account has long been verified.
Why do you wait a week before you get a reference to verification? That is the people put off and fooled. Why do you have to point this out to them and they don't come by themselves? And that after a full week!
Even after I sent everything, NOTHING happened. A question in the chat now revealed that documents are allegedly missing, which of course is a lie. You try to rip people off here
When I wanted to submit a complaint to ASK GAMBLER, they told me that they didn't even know the casino, although SPORTAZA itself offered this link to them.

Wieso wartet man erst eine Woche bevor man dann einen Hinweis auf Verification bekommt? Das ist doch die Leute hingehalten und verarscht. Wieso muss man die drauf hinweisen, und sie kommen nicht von selbst? Und das nach einer geschlagenen Woche!!!
Auch nachdem ich alles hingeschickt hatte passiert NICHTS. Nachfrage im Chat ergab nun, dass angeblich Dokumente fehlen, was natürlich gelogen ist. Man versucht hier die Leute abzuzocken
Als ich eine Beschwerde einreichen wolle bei ASK GAMBLER sagten die mir, dass die das Casino gar nicht kennen, obwohl SPORTAZA diesen Link selbst anbietet zu denen.
Hier will man sich um die Auszahlung drücken das ist offensichtlich

mit diesem Casino geduldig zu bleiben fällt schwer...
ich spiele GRUNDSÄTZLICH erst bei Wettbüros wenn mein Konto verifiziert ist, daher bin ich mir sicher, dass das längst passiert ist vor einigen Monaten. Zudem gingen früher ja auch Auszahlungen schon..
Wieso die wieder Dokumente haben wollen? Weil das Schikane ist und sie wollen dass der Spieler die Auszahlungen wieder storniert und verspielt ganz einfach. Meine Informationen haben sich nicht geändert, außer meinem Bankkonto, der Rest ist gleich geblieben und lag denen auch vor.
Auf den Tag genau kann ich es nicht sagen, ich denke ich habe mich im Juni angemeldet und damals habe ich alles schon hingeschickt, denn ich habe ja auch schon Auszahlungen bekommen.
Für mich ist das reine Schikane zudem reagiert man nicht auf Emails...

the bad thing about it is ..... I send exactly what they want and they still don't like it. I should send a bank slip with the IBAN / BIC on it and my name on it. das schlimme daran ist.....ich schicke genau was die wollen und denen ist es immer noch nicht recht. Ich sollte einen Bankbeleg schicken auf dem IBAN/BIC und mein Name steht. Also habe ich einen Screenshot gemacht auf dem beides steht..abgelehnt..gehts denen noch gut? Die wollen, dass man das Geld wieder verspielt, das ist völlig klar....
