I made a withdrawal of 420e. After a week and a half I got an email stating my bank that my withdrawal request in the total amount of 420 EURO to Card was rejected by the Payment Provider.


I will not be able to process your withdrawal requests to this payment method. Please, request a withdrawal using a different payment method of your choice such as bank transfer.


I made the withdrawal with the same card I deposited with.


I tried to contact the live chat but they said they have no control over this that the payment provider looks after it.


Any help with this I would appreciate it..

Please understand, that the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. Therefore this doesn’t necessarily have to be the casino’s mistake.

Have you ever made any successful withdrawals before? What payment method did you initially want to use?

Thank you for your reply and email, bmeleady17. I am afraid that if transactions to your card are being declined, you will have to try other payment methods. Have you thought of any alternative that you could use instead?

I have tried to withdraw through bank wire transfer..

I will update whenever they process this.. I will probably take until next Wednesday to know for sure.

Hopefully it goes through.

Thanks for the update, bmeleady17. Please note that it can take up to 2 weeks to process a payment as this might be an international transaction and intermediary banks could be involved. Just to update.

I received my payment today.

So just to say the process of withdrawal was long and difficult but after 3-4 weeks of torture it arrived.

Gameplay on the website is excellent but withdrawal is limited to 500e a day and it take 3~4 days to process. The mistake I made was not withdraw funds through bank wire.. I was used to withdraw funds through the same method as I deposited..

Thank you for help and advice regarding this..

If anyone is thinking of joining this website just be wary of the withdrawls rules.. Apart from that its good
