Scam casino...they stop all bonus offers & eligible rewards & credits of any offer .....at any point of time ... stating admin decision. So if you reach at the level you could win a Tournament... suddenly you become illegible as per admin decision..... Ridiculous.


Most of my deposit bonuses were denied plus halloween week cashback denied, Freebet of points redemption denied.


Overall they showup big promotions but all are fake.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Even though I understand your point of view, please understand, that each casino has a different bonus policy and rewarding system. A bonus is something like a gift from the casino and the casino can decide whether you are eligible for receiving them or not.

I have checked the terms and conditions (https://sportaza.com/en/rules), and I found this:

"7.3 We reserve the right to deny a bonus to any customer, reject bonuses of any kind, cancel participation in any promotion, as well as permanently or temporary ban any customer or a group of customers from the promotion program of the Website at our sole and absolute discretion. In an event of any dispute regarding our promotions (including, without limitation, eligibility, use, abuse, fair play, calculation of winnings and wagering requirements) Company’s decision shall be final and non-negotiable."

Please, let me know if there is anything else we can help you with, otherwise, I am afraid we will be forced to close this complaint.

This is something you should then not show itself in my Promotion page when I log in. If it's showing me then I should be getting it.


Even when I click on bonus it takes me to deposit page instead of denial stating tha you ain't eligible for bonus.


This is misleading promotion.

I understand your frustration, umesh1jai, but as long as the casino doesn't grant you a bonus to later confiscate your winnings, there is nothing we can do and we cannot punish the casino.
