The player, feeling cheated, had requested to close the case. Thus, we closed the complaint as per the player's request.

I made my first deposit at this casino, mainly to receive a bonus after depositing on sports betting. I chose a 100% bonus up to PLN 450 for sports betting. I met all the conditions to receive the bonus, but I was not granted a bonus on the bonus balance. I wrote to technical support but got the answer "the administrator refused to grant you a bonus" without giving a specific reason. This is a simple scam and tricks you into making a deposit with them so that you do not receive a bonus for unexplained reasons. I am asking for help because I have been deceived

I played for real money to turn it over 1x and then the bonus was unlocked. The casino does not provide any specific reason why I was not credited with the bonus and I did not know anything about it in advance. They offer a welcome bonus which they do not give later for unknown reasons.
