I have been trying to deactivate my account and get the casino to stop sending me promo sms for over 1 month now. Chat has said that they have sent a request for this and I have sent an email to: support@spinsdeluxe.com. But nothing happens. I would like to get help to delete my user and for them to stop sending me promos.

Could you please advise since when exactly are you trying to close your account? How many times did you contact the casino so far with this request? Did you ask for account closure or self exclusion? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

I have tried now 4 times. The first time was 09/12-2022. Then I spoke to Chat who said I had to send an email to support@spinsdeluxe.com, which I did. Never got a reply and I continued to receive promo sms and my user was still active. I asked again Chat what was going on and was then told that there was no desire to close the user in their system. They would then do this for me. But continued to receive sms and Chat says the same every time I ask. Contact Chat 4 times now, latest yesterday 14/01-2023.

And could you please clarify whether you asked for account closure or self exclusion, Did you mention any gambling issues or addiction to them?
