The casino paid me two withdrawals of 10,000BRL and informs that it has sent all the money, but the last withdrawal of 10,000BRL is missing. The amount has already been negative from my balance on the platform and the money has not been sent to my account. 16 days have passed and they claim to have sent it, but they do not send me proof of shipment.
