My account was banned and I was given a lot of scam articles. The only thing i did was to s won 3889 PLN. Withdraw were blocked. In the end my account was blocked. I've been in a similar situation as many people here. The casino robbed me.

Could you please advise how long ago you registered your account and if you’ve completed the account verification successfully? Which games you’ve been playing (live games, slots, or multiplayer)? Were your winnings accumulated with or without an active bonus, please?

Thank you very much for your help. I will try to describe the whole situation. I will use tranlator as my English is not perfect. Please understand :)

I . I opened an account with spinbetter on 24/12/2022

I made small deposit 125 PLN - used EzeeWallet

I played live table tennis and won +/- 450 PLN

I got a deposit bonus to spin casino but I lost everything. The bonus was automatic

I ordered a payment of PLN 150. The money was withdrawn to EzeeWallet in few minutes. Then I lost my entire account balance. I deposited PLN 150 which I had previously withdrawn. I lost everything

II. 25/12/2022 I made deposit -used ezeeWalle

1. 163 PLN 2. 180 PLN3. 200 PLN I lost all. From the first 3 deposits I got a casino bonus but I lost everything.

4. I deposit 90 PLN and I played table tennis live .

  Playing live table tennis, I managed to reach the amount of plus or minus PLN 1,100

I ordered a withdrawal to ezeeWallet 700 PLN to be at +/-0. No problem in a few minutes I had EzeeWallet on my account

From the remaining PLN 400 I managed to win +/_ PLN 1700 playing live table tennis

At this point, requested withdrawals have been rejected. A system error was displayed as the reason. What I believe is not true.

I contacted live chat.

They told to change my wallet. Or try later. I managed to withdraw 3x PLN 150 to eZeeeWallet. Higher amounts were rejected.Reason given: payment system error

After talking to live chat and the security department, I made a deposit of PLN 50 using netteler. Playing live table tennis live I came to the amount of PLN 3889.

I managed to order two withdrawals of small amounts on Netteler PLN 200 and PLN 143.

When I tried to withdraw PLN 1000 on neteller, I was asked to send documents.

Then the verification process started where I was requested tons of screens from netteler and ezeeWallet and selfie .

I sent everything. I will send you the rest of the verification process in the form of a screen in the next e-mail. At the end They asked Me if I knew two people with Polish surnames. Later, the account was blocked and I got a message that no one would talk to me anymore.

I inform you that I am not a scammer and as you can see the problems started with a bigger win.
