The payment was accepted but not sent. This is an error that has happened to me before. I waited 3 days for a solution and all I heard was "sorry" and then the funds were returned to the game account. now it's the same. I have been waiting for a response for 24 hours and they keep telling me to wait for the matter to be resolved. The money is hanging and I have to wait a few days until they kindly transfer it back to my game account so that I can make another payment. contacting support is almost impossible. You have to wait a few days for an answer!

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

my account has been verified for several years. I would wait for the money if the casino sent it at all. the money is "hanging" and it is a system error. this problem has already happened to me. the case is exactly the same. I feel aggrieved by the disrespectful attitude of the support and the waiting time for help. I know exactly what the final outcome of this case will be.
