Hello. This casino refuses to close my account that I have asked due my gambling addiction. They only give me option to close account for some time or then I would fill up some form, which I dont want to do. I just want to close my account, simple as that. I have never seen a casino that wouldnt do it if it is asked.

Could you please advise when did you request for the self-exclusion for the first time? Could you also forward the exact same request to nikolas.b@casino.guru together with the casino's respond? Why didn't you fill out the form the casino forwarded to you? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Why would i need to fill up any kind of form just to be able to close my account? I have an addiction and I just want to close my account permanently. Simple as that. I have done it with hundreds of casinos, never had have any issues with this.
