It was the first time I played with this company and the first withdrawals I requested.
In other corresponding companies I have made deposits and withdrawals in exactly the same way (bank card) and they have been completed normally.
I haven't been asked for any ID yet, but also according to the company's terms and conditions it's still not needed based on the money I've played/won.
I won the money without activating any bonus.
