Despite having contacted live chat multiple times, he received repeated excuses about a backlog in the financial department. After filing an official complaint with Anjuan Gaming, his withdrawals were completed. The issue was marked as resolved in our system, and we acknowledged the player's cooperation.

I have 3 pending withdrawls with the first being for 500euros since 16/1/2025. Every time I talk to their live chat they say how sorry they are for the delay and that their financial department has a lot of orders to proccess. Every day the same excuse

Hello again, I havent made any previous withdrawls as this was the first time I was playing at this casino, KYC has not been asked of me and I havent use any bonus money
