I withdrew from Sinanga 7 days ago. The withdrawal is still pending . I contacted support after day 3 and day 5. They said everything is fine and the accounts team are way behind in processing and they will pay my money when they find time. Its very sketchy that I can deposit an unlimited amount but withdrawal limit is $1000nzd per day. Withdrawls should match deposit limits. I have emailed for updates 3 times without any reply

  • Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus?
  • When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Been 9 days now and still not a single reply from Spinanga my withdrawal still saying in progress. I asked 2 days ago if they could put a hold on deposits and a hold on being able to cancel my withdrawal but nothing. My initial withdrawal 9 days ago was for $4000 but Spinanga would only allow me to withdraw $1000. My fault I gambled and lost the remaining $3000 after not being able to withdraw it. I feel the casino is expecting me to cancel my withdrawal if I have to wait for it. There is no responsible gaming section and only note that if you want exclusion to email them and they will get back to you within 24 hrs. thanks

13 days and the withdrawal still says under review. Still havent received a single email from Spinanga about the withdrawal. Very concerning. I am receiving emails from Spinanga to encourage me to bet,

No still no reply and the withdrawal is still pending.

Please not after 17 days I finally have received my withdrawal. Not a single email from Spinanga over these 17 days. It makes no sense to gamble at this site if they arent willing to have a speedy withdrawal/communication.


Thanks again to Casino Guru for their assistance in this matter. Hopefully they get a response from Spinanga
