The player from Finland had been waiting for a withdrawal for less than two weeks. Unfortunately, their payout hadn't been received yet. The issue escalated when the casino declined the player's withdrawal without providing a reason and the player was unable to submit any KYC documents on the casino's website. Despite the Complaints Team's offer to intervene and help, the player decided to give up on the complaint. Consequently, we closed the complaint due to the player's lack of interest in pursuing the matter further.

Used RAPID as the deposit option. No bonus/free spins used at all. Gambled the deposited amount multiple times and managed to win 800 EUR of which I've attempted to withdraw 500 EUR.


500 EUR withdrawal has been stuck in the same "Pending" phase for almost two weeks now.


Have not been able to submit KYC verification via website as the option is not allowed, I have however sent the required documentation via email in hopes of that speeding up the approval process.


Customer support is of no help, they keep telling me the same thing over and over again, that my withdrawal is in the "final stage".


Quote "I would like to assure you that this is nothing to worry about and that your withdrawal is safe. We kindly ask you for some patience while your withdrawal is being processed, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused."

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

The casino has now declined my withdrawal without any reason. Still not able to submit any KYC documents on their website.
