Despite having contacted the casino's live chat multiple times, he had received no resolution. We had advised him to contact his payment provider and refrain from making further deposits until the issue was resolved. The player later confirmed that his deposit had been added to his casino account. We then closed the complaint as 'resolved'.

Hello and happy new year..i make a deposit before 4 days and i wait to add my money in my account ..i contact with them by live chat 15 times and all the time ask me to wait ... what happen here??i think this site is SCAM!

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process that takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted. 

If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.
