I made a withdrawal on the 14 may 2024 but then on the 16 may i found an email saying that my account was closed.


I contacted them via email and they said they have closed my account and their decision is final but they don't tell what is the problem.


Please assist me to recover my funds.


This was my first time withdrawal, my account is fica verified.

The account was verified on the 14th and then later i won and withdrew.


Then on the 15th they sent an email and i saw it on the 16th.


I accumulated my winnings with real money.


The last time i spoke to the casino it was on the 16th, notifying them that i can't log into my account, it says (user self closed) and when i check my emails i find email saying that the account is closed.
