Hi

today I deposited $20 and got $20 in bonus credits And 50 free spins on cash bandits 3

as I was playing the free spins I won the feature and ended up winning 170 free spins x by an amount I’m not sure how much

as I was playing that lot of free spins I had won 500 but then when I still had 70 free spins left the game rebooted and all of a sudden had no free spins left the casino said they could not see anything wrong with the game and they would look into it . Still waiting for a reply but am not happy .also when I check the play through amount it said I need to play $20170 so to me that doesn’t add up if I have put in $20 and received $20 bonus

I still haven’t received a response since they told me they were looking into . I’ve asked for the game history to be sent to me as it doesn’t show up on my acct but still haven’t received that either .
