The player from the UK had his account blocked and his balance withheld. We closed the complaint because the player stopped responding.
I have put in a cash out request of 2000 pound they have closed my account and they won't give me my money can someone help me get this sorted I just want my money

I was fully verified yes they never stated why they have done this I've been going round in circles with them usually I have played at there other sites and it's great but spin rio they won't let me have my money
