This casino is part of a big brand that owns a lot of casino. Usually don't have issues with them but they do something that I really don't like.

They send a 100% bonus offer and once you have deposited the bonus don't work. You get tell by the chat that this bonus will be available on your next deposit because you receive 20 free spins for this deposit -_-

It is such a dishonest tactic....it make me sick. It happend to me 3 times and this one was the last one.

Unfortunately, a more negative experience at the next online casino, with a welcome bonus played a total of €300 and there were good winnings and many free spins or bonus games and it went up to €900, then suddenly before the bonus could be implemented, no more winnings and 2 scatters all the time and therefore no more free spins or bonus games. I have experienced this phenomenon not only at Spin Rio, but also at other casinos. There are coincidences, but if you experience that more often, then everyone who thinks normally can already know what is going on. You go away empty-handed, but here you're happy to say goodbye again. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this casino more highly.

I like SpinRio. They have a good range of games and they paid me my withdrawal of $550 immediately.
