Hi there, I'm give this a shot as a friend told me about you guys. I have been a member with Spin Oasis for very long time and over the years had some minor wins but nothing like this $2,500 so I filled out all there requirements and got everything approved and was told it could take 7-10 business days so I waited and waited and waited I sent them a email and they responded and assured me my money would hit my account in a couple of days and still nothing. But to top it off they blocked my account so now I can't even login. Please help me out.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about the issue with your withdrawal and understand your concern. However, I’d like to emphasize that we received many complaints about delayed withdrawals from this specific gambling establishment. Regardless of many submitted cases, the casino decided to have a No Reaction Policy approach to all our attempts to negotiate any kind of issues.

I can only imagine how frustrating it must be waiting for your money and not having any feedback about when you’ll receive it and I also genuinely hope that your winnings will be sent to you eventually.

Could you please advise if this was your first attempt to withdraw winnings from this casino? Was your account successfully verified?

Hi there, Thank you for looking into this FRUSTRATING ISSUE I have regarding trying to retrieve my winnings!! I have tried several times trying to contact them via email. I even had a friend set up an account as I'm currently BLOCKED FROM THEM!! AND HE TO GOT BLOCKED FROM THEM ASWELL!! I even have an email from them reassuring me that my winnings would be coming within 15 BUSINESS DAY'S AND STILL NOTHING IT'S BEEN 4mths!!!

Unfortunately, I would like to inform you that since this casino has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy" we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved". This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.

Regrettably, it seems to be a common practice of Spin Oasis Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our previous failed attempts to negotiate.

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Spin Oasis Casino. I wish I could be of more help.
