I withdrew $2K on 7/9/2022

another $6K is withdrawn in different increments. So $8K in total.

I have contacted them almost every 2 days for about 4-6 weeks with no answers other then sorry it has been delayed.

the first withdrawal has taken over 3 months. It’s beyond the joke!! Im done being patient. I hope you can help resolve this.

my last withdrawal took 5 weeks to be approved and 1.5 weeks to be processed. I know another person who uses this platform and they withdrew 5 days before me and recieved funds on 22/11/2022 after it was approved on the 11/11.

the company who runs this website has sister sites called: spin oasis, velvet spin & fab spins. Which have all been closed for a few weeks due to complaints to the ACCC

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawal. Do I understand correctly that your withdrawal is still pending inside your account without being processed? Have you been given any explanation of what caused the delay?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but two months is an unusually long time.

However, I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.

thanks for your reply it’s been over 3 months and I’ve contacted them literally over 30 times I’m always given the run around with no care, empathy or compassion. Yes it’s definitely sitting there waiting to be processed. Along with the other 6K

the only explanation is that they have had an increase in withdrawals. Although I know someone personally who withdrew 5 days before me & they recieved payment on November 22nd.

each and everytime I contact them it’s the exact same generic excuses. See attached photos. Thanks again!

Unfortunately, I would like to inform you that since this casino has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy" we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved". This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.

Regrettably, it seems to be a common practice of Spin Oasis Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our previous failed attempts to negotiate.

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Spin Oasis Casino. I wish I could be of more help.
