The player from Australia has requested a withdrawal three months prior to submitting this complaint. Unfortunately, winnings haven’t been received yet. Since we have not received any response from the casino, we were forced to close this complaint as 'unresolved'.

Had $17000 to be paid out. They took over 3 months to pay out all but $7500. The remaining $7500 has been sitting there for over 3 months (nearly 4). No bonuses used , their excuse just too many withdrawals to be done but assured me I will get my money and now the casino has been blocked in Australia by the government. I want my winnings. I know if I can access the casino, I'll get my money. They have always paid out (taken unethically long amounts of time to but always have paid) I need help please?

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I can only imagine how frustrating it must have been for you to wait for a withdrawal for more than three months.

Do I understand correctly that your payment is still pending inside the account without being processed or it has been sent but never reached you? Could you please advise which payment method you have opted for?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but three months is unusually long time.

However, I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.

Not sent just sitting there ready to be processed but I think they sit on the withdrawals for as long as they can hoping you will play it back through. The last 3 lost of 2500 sat for near 4 months and I contacted them almost daily to ask them to process them. They are literally just sitting there. Its so frustrating ,

We would like to ask the Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.

I've been reading other complaints where people have received their winnings from the gogo room and they only had withdrawals sitting there 7 weeks. My withdrawals have sat there since June. I didn't use any bonus's. Do they just pick and choose who they pay out and ignore requests sitting there the longest. So unethical

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but it appears they have stopped responding. There is not much that can be done now without the casino's cooperation. I will mark the complaint "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint and you will be notified by email.
