The player from Australia requested a withdrawal 3 months prior to submitting this complaint. Unfortunately, the winnings have not been received yet. The complaint has been closed as 'unresolved' because the casino failed to provide us with details and cooperate in resolving the complaint. There was no progress even two weeks after the casino was notified about the player's complaint.

Have been waiting nearly 3 months to get my payout now all of a sudden I can’t get into their site they have emailed me but keep saying pls be patient your WITHDRAWL is coming

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I can only imagine how frustrating it must have been for you to wait for a withdrawal for three months.

Do I understand correctly that your payment is still pending inside the account without being processed or it has been sent but never reached you? Could you please advise which payment method you have opted for?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but almost three months is unusually long time.

However, I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.

Thank you, djkingy79, for your reply. I have switched your complaint to True Blue Casino as per our information, players were upgraded from True Blue Casino to Azure Hand and subsequently, to GoGo Room. In regard to the disputed amount, I corrected it from A$1,000 to A$10,000.

Alright, I understand. However, we received a confirmation that the VIP room in question does not belong to True Blue Casino. Moreover, True Blue Casino has been closed for a few months.

I was in contact with a casino representative outside of this open thread, but I was told only that the issue was escalated to the appropriate department. I have not been contacted since then.

Unfortunately, since we have not received any relevant explanation or details from the casino regarding the issue, we cannot continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’, which will influence the casino’s rating in a negative way.
