Hello, I have submitted a withdrawal on the 17th of January for $1250. Funds won with a no rules match bonus that came with free spins that required a wager that was played out as total win was over $2,000 but $1250 withdrawn. Documents provided for verification and approved. By now payments team should have confirmed verification and payment should be in process. They keep saying be patient and won’t advise status. Now I am unable to log in?

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.

Nevertheless, I’d like to emphasize that we received many complaints about delayed withdrawals from this specific gambling establishment. Regardless of many submitted cases, the casino decided to have a no-reaction policy approach to all our attempts to negotiate any kind of issue. 

Have you contacted the casino regarding the login issue? Were they able to explain what happened?
