I was promised $1,000 and free spins. I didn't get the money but got the spins. I made 2 deposits one of 20 and another of 40 and won. But when I tried to withdraw that's when I was told that I had to verify who I was. I sent them a copy of my driver's license a copy of direct deposit paperwork. A copy of my disability deposit slip as well as a copy of my Visa card only showing the first 4 digits and last 4 digits and then the back of card covering the CVS code on back. Then I contacted them again once I uploaded all my information. They told me to withdraw again. There has been no response to my withdrawal. Just looked at the page again in the documents section and it still says uploaded pending approval. The only change is that my last winnings has not been reversed by and put back into my account. Which had taken place prior. Status is pending for my withdrawal of $200.05
