The player from Canada had claimed that he had met the wagering requirements and requested a withdrawal, but the casino had confiscated his winnings citing a violation of terms and conditions. The player had denied breaching any rules and requested proof from the casino. However, upon receiving his gaming history, the player had discovered that he had indeed placed bets above the allowed limit. We had checked the casino's bonus terms and confirmed that exceeding the maximum bet limit during bonus play could result in confiscation of winnings. Given the player's admission of breaching the maximum bet rule, we concluded that the casino had acted within its rights, resulting in the rejection of the complaint.

I was playing and won so I beat the wagering requirements by waging below the max bet for bonus, I tried to withdrawl and they took all the money and said I violated the t&c I asked for proof and no response I then asked if they would like to compromise and no reply

I don’t have a screenshot sadly I will look for it on the site.

it was a wager issue they said I bet to much but I don’t recall doing so I asked for proof and they ended chat, my bet logs don’t go back that far but as far as they do show me it was clean

and no successful withdrawal a new casino to me they had a provider I was wanting to play, but from my research after lots of people have had this same issue

If the casino accused you of breaching the maximum allowed bet, and you feel that this is not true, please request the casino to send you your entire gaming history in Excel format starting from the moment you activated the bonus, and then forward it to me. I checked the Bonus Terms and I found this:

2.2. The maximum bet while wagering is 5 EUR/USD, 7 CAD, 8 AUD, 9 NZD, 50 NOK, 400 RUB, 35 BRL, unless otherwise specified. The maximum bet limit includes bets doubling after a game round has been completed and bonus rounds (purchased within the game). Breaching the maximum bet rule leads to all winnings from the bonus being confiscated and deposit refunded. Due to the volatility of crypto currency rates, maximum bet while wagering should be the equivalent of 5 EUR in any of the offered crypto currencies.

Our position is closely explained in Fair Gambling Codex. The max bet rule is, in fact, an industry standard, just as the fact that a casino has the right to seize the player's winnings from bonus play after breaking this rule. We prefer not to go against industry standards by penalizing casinos that use the maximum bet rule against players from time to time. 

As you admitted breaching the maximum bet rule, this complaint will now be rejected. Thank you for your understanding, I am sorry we could not be of more help on this occasion. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you run into any issues with this or any other casino in the future.
