I made my 1st deposit with a wheel bonus. I lost then had a notification from telegramfor this advertisement from spin CV fever official telegram page.




I followed instructions also deposited $20 and the money cleared but the 50 fs did not so I contacted live chat the response was it was expired.




Dispite informing them about being notified via telegram about the promo 30mins earlier. 


I kept getting told im confused buy dates that dont exist and that they will do nothingto resolve this.

I didn't ask for a refund.

I did suggest giving the free spins under a loyalty or any means.


Timothy wouldn't even acknowledge the statement, instead around 3-4 he repeated "I'm really sorry, but this bonus expired yesterday. I'm afraid it can't be added"

I mentioned the advertisement doesn't mention any expiration. Repeatedly until this response.


"It's not visible in this promo, unfortunately. In this case, you may contact us at our support chat to clarify the expiry date"


Also received a no accountability response even though the advertisement came from the official spin fever telegram channel. He also the notification is now a malfunction. On top expired.

"I'm sorry, but we are not responsible for Telegram notifications malfunctioning. This promo was posted on October 6"


I have played the funds not long ago believing nothing will happen so I might as well give them another excuse to deny.

I don't know if it's due to casino guru intervention that is of 10 minutes ago I had received the 50 free spins.


If it was thank you.

If not, thank you for reponseding


I would have liked a small apology from spin fever for the hassle produced from their own system.

But suspect that won't happen.

Either way the case can be closed.
