I won £217 on 24th December 2024 and 13th February and still no money, for the last 5 weeks the staff have been rude and telling me theres a delay but it's a joke 8 weeks now, they have told me there's a delay for the last 5 weeks. I can't resolve my issue through them because when I email them to complain, it just gets ignored by them
