Good evening, I have opened an account on spassino.com via vpn as it shows me an error.credential when I go to connect without vpn. I live in Greece and other friends of mine xoris vpn have normal access. the casino as I have been informed is vpn friendly however the reason is that I did not register with my normal ip they do not give me the bonus without a deposit of 20 euros my registration email is sofa** ******ou58@outlook.com I explained to them in an email what is happening but I didn't get a response, I also sent them a screenshot with the error it shows me and they didn't bother. Other players in Greece have normal login and access, I have tried both from a mobile and from a computer and with different wifi browsers and mobile data, but the error remains.

The problem with using the VPN is that you might be involuntarily connected to another IP address that is related to a different casino account in the same gambling establishment, hence, it seems as if you created multiple accounts from one IP address. Or, on the other hand, a player might be using VPN to hide that they’re accessing the casino’s website from a restricted jurisdiction.
What exactly is the issue now? Is the website still blocked for you?

Good evening, yes the website still seems to be blocked for me, my acquaintances in different parts of Greece normally have an account at the casino. Also, the casino accepts players from Greece and is vpn friendly, is there an alternative casino link to connect without vpn and read my ip? I have absolutely no problem.

I keep not having access, it's strange because my other friends from Greece log in normally. It wasn't my deposit it was the 20 euro no deposit bonus. At least if I deposit I will be able to get the first deposit bonus? Would the casino like to be identified with documents such as my proof of residence?
