Spartan slots is not a reputable casino I did a deposit of 350 in the the casino account they gave me 200% bonus so i played whole night and i beat the wager for the bonus and won 6500 so I withdrew the money witch takes 5 days to review after the 6day of review they sent me a email stating my bet was to high so they declined payment and forfeited all winnings I was told by the casino on the chat to keep playing finish the wager so I can withdraw my point is why don't they educate the players so the players won't be robbed of there money they must pay me my winnings I payed for hour's it's safer to go to the real casino I have screen shots of the chats I was not advised to play a certain amount of bet I was told to finish the wager

„3.4. Until the play through requirements have been met, the maximum amount per spin/ bet that can be placed is €5. We reserve the right to decline a withdrawal and void any winnings, if you place a bonus money bet higher than the allowed limit."

We would like to see casinos implementing systems that would prevent players from placing higher than allowed bets, but, unfortunately, this is not a standard practice yet. You were not stopped or blocked when you decided to increase your bet, and, as a result, you breached the maximum bet rule.

Sadly, there is not much I can do to support your case at this time when you placed bets higher than allowed. I would strongly recommend reading all the T&Cs carefully before you start playing to avoid any misunderstandings in the future. Casinos try to design their bonuses to be as attractive as possible, but the rules must always be followed. What's the use playing online casino because they never advise me on the bets all they told me was that to beat the wager

If the casino shares all the relevant information on its website, there is not much I can do for you in this matter. I understand that it would be easier for the players if the higher than allowed bets during the bonus play were blocked completely, but, unfortunately, that is not a common practice.
