My name is Carlos G***** and I hereby once again express my deep dissatisfaction with the delay in my withdrawal in the amount of €800, requested on the 27th of December on the Solverde.pt website. Considerable time has passed and so far I don't see any solution to my problem.

I have already contacted my bank, Revolut, several times and they have informed me that the transfer was reversed for reasons beyond the institution's control. I even sent proof of these conversations and also the bank statement that does not record any transfers in my account. It is regrettable that Casino Solverde is not resolving this situation, even after having sent all the necessary information.

I am extremely frustrated with the lack of transparency and respect from Casino Solverde. As a customer I expect to be treated fairly and reliably, but unfortunately this is not being the case. I am seriously considering informing the SRIJ and other authorities about this matter in the coming hours. In addition, I intend to publish on my social networks, where I have more than 30 thousand followers, about what happened to me in a regulated casino and in this way make this situation public, alerting future incidents of this type with other customers.

I would like to remind you that I expect to receive my money within the next few hours before taking more drastic action. This situation is completely regrettable and I hope that you can resolve it as soon as possible.
