I've been trying to make a withdrawal for a few days and I always get the same prompt responses from the chat. I've already sent an email as instructed and got no response.
Unfortunately, I feel deceived by the guru's assessment, because if I had known that I was making a deposit on a site that does not comply with its terms, I would never have deposited.
I am already discredited that I will receive the amount. I do not recommend this site, as I have seen several complaints from people who have gone through the same thing I am going through.

Yes, my account has been fully verified since 01/27/2023. I made a deposit with this and received a bonus and played until it turned into real money. The last time I spoke with the casino was today (01/29/2023) and I always get the same prompt response.
