all my document is approve and never have problem to withdrawal…

12 days ago I make a big win (14300 cad)

i try all kind of method to don’t arrive at the point of start a complaint but now….

seriously I never see that! They just don’t want to pay and always have different reason to not proceed my withdrawal

i respect everything and it’s because they receive a lot of withdrawal but in 12 days I receive 400 cad… real joke

  • Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified?
  • Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus?
  • When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

my win was made with no bonus

I talk every day but the kyc department is close for the week end so 2 days

in 16 days, I receive 3 withdrawal
