The player from Uzbekistan had requested a withdrawal prior to submitting this complaint. Unfortunately, his winnings hadn't been received yet. He had undergone the verification process and provided the required documents, but the casino asked for additional ones, which he couldn't provide. The player had expressed frustration over the casino's request for bank account details and proof of residence even after providing a residence certificate. Later, the player informed the complaints team via email that his withdrawal had been successfully processed. Consequently, we had marked the complaint as 'resolved'.

Hello, I need help from the Guru team, despite the reviews, I still took the risk of making a deposit at this casino in order to withdraw the money I had previously won from the no deposit bonus. There were no problems on my part, I checked this with the support service, fully verified the account and then received a letter from KYC saying that I must provide them with banking information about myself, what? Why do they need my banking information, and I live in the CIS, banks here do not provide such information, I did not make a deposit from a bank card and did not require withdrawal to it, why do they need my bank card? Any attempt to contact KYC is pointless, they systematically ignore the email, as they tried to do this to verify the account, but then found the necessary documents themselves. I’m clearly not the first client from the CIS, they know the situation in our countries very well, so they are trying not to pay the players their winnings?

Previously, I had already waited 3 days for the withdrawal of funds, but they ignored me until I started writing to the support service, after some time I received this message from KYC.

If we are talking about Piastrix, to which I requested a withdrawal and from which I made a deposit, there is no information confirming my place of residence, even if the account is verified.

Dear Byzantium,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. We are sorry to hear about the issue with your withdrawal and understand your concern. However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.

Best regards,

I verified my account, my game history is checked, they require documents from me that I cannot provide, except that I have passed verification. Why do they need my bank account, with proof of residence, when I provided them with a certificate of residence? Give me an email or telegram, I will send there all the screenshots of what they are doing.
