The player from Poland had a deposit rejected and sent back by the casino nearly two months prior. The money was deducted from his balance but had not been returned. We advised the player to contact his payment provider to investigate the issue, as the casino claimed it was still being checked. Despite our attempts to assist, the player did not respond to our messages. Consequently, the complaint was rejected due to lack of communication.

Deposit paid but somehow it was rejected and sent back to me, it is almost 2 months and no money nowhere. It was taken of the balance but never returned.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. 

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process that takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted. 

If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

  • Could you please advise if it was your first deposit in this casino?
  • Have you contacted your bank already? Ideally, they should be part of the investigation.

Yes it is my first deposit there. Looked pretty legit to me. I’ve asked about 8 times on chat how it is going. The only reply I’ve had every time is that financial depart is working on it and will inform me asap by email. The only email I’ve got from them is from end of the may saying that my enquiry was submitted. Nothing about sending it back to my account. And no, I didn’t spoke with the bank yet, because according to what they are saying they are still checking it and nothing was sent back. I’ve got transaction id and also screen shot of money taken of the balance on my account. Maybe it’s not a lot but providers like this should be top.
