On 19.03.23 I have requested a cashout on this casino.
After nothing was happening after a few days , I was contacing the live Chat . A chat Bot gave me some standardised answers, and I wrote Emails to their so called "fincancial department". I am not getting any answers what so ever. Since 11 Days now I have not received a single reply. When I get back to the live Chat , the Chat bot just suggests to me to reach out via Email. But Like I said not a single reply since 11 days. They are completely ghosting me.
The Bot then stated that, they have wrote emails to me. But I would not be able to recieve them due to my email account ....
How can this casino be rated 8.1 ? As I read in the comments there are plenty of complaints like this.
