Fully verified, no bonuses in play, have deposited truckloads via visa debit card, first attempt at withdrawl....(have loads of other casino accounts and never ever had a problem before, many many successful withdrawls via other online casinos)

This casino does everything possible not to pay out your winnings..do not recommend using.

To start with they remove the option to withdrawal to your visa debit card even if you deposit using that card. Claim the payment provider they use doesnt allow it even though its clearly shown on withdrawl options when logged in, and allow you to submit withdrawl request. Continuily rejected your request after an hour or so pending, citing above reasons.

Secondly they then ask you to submit bank details for an international bank transfer (telegraphic transfer) and claim this is pending (5+ days and still waiting for it to change from pending to confirmed)...after numerous unhelpful chat sessions with customer service it turns out that the casinos idea of a bank transfer is to use a 3rd party site called Inpay (which i believe isnt even accepted or able to be used in my country?). They then refuse to provide a reference number or any information relating to the payment and just claim its been processed and blame the hold up on "the bank" and theres nothing more they can do. After googling inpay, it appears they process payments within the hour once recieved! So that doesnt really stuck up if they have sent the payment.

All i can say is stay well clear of this casino...I have all but given up on recieving this payout!

To top it all off this casino and there payment provider literally steal your money when you deposit via visa debit card. All deposits are authorized and approved in my local currency via there casino and and my bank for a set amount (example $100) yet low and behold when the transaction is approved they literally debit a rondom amount from your card say $103.49 even though you only approved $100, this extra money is not added to your casino account and it just disapears into the casinos back pocket. When questioned and shown screenshots of this the casino simply blames the customers bank for the extra charges even when shown physical evedince that its there casino ripping players off. The casino also has a habbit of charging you in foreign currencies and for extra amounts even if you have only approved a payment in your local currency.


Please help get this resolved..I cant stand a shonky online casino ripping off customers, they make enough as it is!

Please understand, that the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, and contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence.

Additionally, please note that extra charges or fees are most likely deducted by your payment provider (rarely by the casino itself) usually because there are some transaction or currency exchange fees associated. Unfortunately, this is not something we could help with.
