They only take money and don't withdraw back to the same card. Scam online. I have sent over 30 emails and they don't even care just copy and paste for the same emails until you give up. Scammers end up keeping your money. DON'T play here

Dear Ryan,
You were requested to provide additional documents to verify your account due to the fact that you violated casino rules - used someone else's card.
An email was sent to your inbox requesting additional documents, but you refused to provide them.
To be able to withdraw funds, you only need to verify your account, for this, please send the documents that were requested from you.
