The player complains that the casino did not add his deposit to his account. The payment processor claims the transaction was accepted, but the funds don’t arrive in the player’s casino account. He is waiting for feedback from the casino’s finance department.

I have never experienced like this before. Today I made deposit $41.61 via neteller through slotv cashier. After submitting amount and my neteller code there is say error, but when I check on my neteller account history, my $41.61 transaction was accepted. Actually I have received notification email about this transaction from neteller.

 

Not sure the problem on the slotv casino side or neteller side, but when I ask neteller support they said I need to give transaction id numbers to casino support to provide my transaction was processed. It should be directly after I give my transaction id, because slotv is neteller merchant. But, slotv live support said there is no $41.61 transaction on my history transaction. (Not sure about their neteller wallet transaction history).

 

For now, slotv support ask me to wait. They pass my problem ticket to their financial dept and Im still waiting their answer.

Thanks for submitting your complaint and I’m so sorry for your troubles. Firstly, I would like to ask you few questions. Did you successfully pass the KYC (verification) process in this casino? Have you ever made a successful deposit in this casino before?

Yes, I passed kyc. And i have done deposit/withdraw so many times before. Actually on same day I have deposit $15 and was successed.

Massage forwarded anyway.And I appreciate your help.
