The player from Ontario has requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. Their money hasn’t been received yet.
I got an email that flagman casino was offering a no deposit bonus for 50 free spins.
I did the 50 free spins got 14$ back and then needed to wager 654$ to meet requirements.
I ended up hitting a good bonus and ended up meeting the requirements and was left with 120 CAD.
Ive tried withdrawing 2 times but they cancel them saying I need to deposit 120$ and wager it 3x
Nuts I’ve never heard of this! There was nothing when signing up about this and I completed all id and verification steps they wanted!

I’ve already tried withdrawing 3 times but they cancel the withdrawal after 3-5 hours saying I need to deposit 120$ and wager it 3 times before they will process my withdrawal. It never said anything about that during the sign up or withdrawal process.

They cancel my withdrawal now after 15 minutes everytime I try to withdrawal! With no explanation why besides to say contact support and support says I have to deposit 120$ and wager it 3x but it never said any of this when I completed my bonus wagering requirements!
