The player's withdrawal has been declined even though he is already verified and made several withdrawals before. The complaint was rejected as the player stopped respond to us.

Dear all


I hope you are doing well


I successfully verified my account with the casino and already had 2 withdrawals. In the 3rd one they decided that my documents are not approved and to send them again. I did and I also deposited with a new personals credit card which I uploaded and I requested withdrawal to.


on top they send me an email that no bonus for me. Kindly note that I didn’t use the welcome only the free spins after.

When did you first request a withdrawal from the casino? When was the list time you've received any withdrawal from the casino or the last deposit you made? As it seems, the payment was most likely refused because you used the card and it needed a verification. Could you please advise if the new card is already verified or if the status of the payment changed somehow?
