Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Unfortunately, we’re not in position to help you. Please understand that providing access to your account to a minor, you seriously breached terms and conditions which you have accepted during the registration https://www.slotum.com/terms-and-conditions:   

"The player shall not provide access to their Player Account or allow using the Website to any third party including but not limited to minors."

The only thing that I would strongly recommend you is avoiding this kind of action in the future. Please let me know if there is any additional information that I have overlooked, but I’m afraid I will be forced to reject your complaint. Thank you in advance for your reply and understanding.
