Good Morning,

Id like to ask you for help to recive my money. I won 12000PLN in casino and they block my account. They said I play few spin on higher bet than it was in their casino rules. This situation was in november/december 2021. My friend show me this page and he said you can help. I fell cheated by them.

Do I understand correctly that you have breached the maximum bet rule while completing the bonus wagering? I carefully checked the General Terms on the website, and this is what I found (here):

We would like to see casinos implementing systems that would prevent players from placing higher than allowed bets, but, unfortunately, this is not standard practice yet.
