I have registered and verified myself with email and phone number.
Under the GIFTS tab I activated the BONUS with 60 FS for Jumanji .
When I also clicked PLAY , all I got was the
ERROR 404 PAGE not found
displayed !
When I searched for the game Jumanji I didn't find it.
I also did not find the game provider NETEND in your casino Slottyway.
Slottyway promotes this game Jumanji with 60 free spins upon registration and yet this game does not exist at all at the casino.
I feel cheated.
And you don't have a live chat support that could help either.
They say they have 24/7 support chat, but that's not true.
There was only technical chat and no live chat.
In order to attract players, they advertise a bonus that doesn't even exist and as a player you give out all your data (name, address, email address, mobile number, etc.) and then there is no bonus and a live chat employee there is also no one who can help here immediately.

And even if some games are not available for players from Germany, the casino MUST state this clearly on the main page and not use the bonus to attract new players and then explain afterwards that the game is not available for German players.
And if necessary offer an alternative.
Or write straight away that there are no free spins for German players when registering.
For me, the casino is dubious.

So if it's unfair to complain about not getting the bonus you were promised when you signed up and the casino advertises a game as a bonus that the casino doesn't even have...then I know not further.
Obviously here at Casino.Guru it's not a bad thing when players are being duped like that by a casino.
